He was abandoned,
throughout his greatest torture;
pleading with YHVH.

In the garden, Jesus suffered more than on the cross. I have tasted of temptation, and the greatest of all temptation, I have suffered with him. Easier to die than to be tempted; and the extreme which Christ was tempted with, I have tasted of it. They say that the angels do not know suffering; but I say, because every angel has suffered temptation, they know suffering. The angels have no body, but they have a soul; and their souls have all been touched by the words of Satan.

O how I ache for you, Jesus; to take away what you have felt; yet all I can offer you is my strength, and Jesus, this is greater than my pleasures.

Art can wait, Jesus.
